7- YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ImpelPro® warrants this product for as long as the original purchaser owns the product
against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This 7-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
does not cover product failures resulting from excessive wear, misuse, abuse, alteration
or when damage or defect has been caused by repair made or attempted by anyone
other than ImpelPro®. Deficient or defective products that are covered by this warranty
will be replaced or repaired. If you believe that your tool meets the criteria for warranty
replacement, please send the tool(s) to:

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS

THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. IMPELPRO® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG
AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE-TO-STATE AND
COUNTRY-TO-COUNTRY.
