Note: This policy applies to both our websites, shop.impelpro.com and impelpro.com.

At ImpelPro, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and straightforward. Below, you’ll find details on the payment methods we accept, those we don’t, and how to contact us if you need help checking out.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, our secure payment processor. This allows us to accept major credit and debit cards, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club

In addition, we offer Shop Pay, a customer-friendly checkout option that lets you save your information for faster future checkouts. If eligible, you may also use Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) to split purchases into smaller payments. Any associated fees or eligibility requirements for Shop Pay Installments will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We also accept:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal (including Venmo, where available)

If you use PayPal with a balance, PayPal may apply it before your backup payment method.

All payments are processed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of checkout.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

At this time, we do not accept:

  • Cash or checks
  • Bank transfers or wire payments
  • Money orders
  • Cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin)
  • Purchase orders or invoicing

Transaction Security

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We do not store your full payment information, and all payment processors are PCI DSS compliant.

For your protection, billing information may be verified during checkout. In some cases, the billing address must match the payment method on file with your bank or card provider.

Taxes and Fees

Sales tax is currently collected only on orders shipped to Washington, California, and Puerto Rico, in accordance with state and local laws. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are not collected by ImpelPro at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.

ImpelPro offers free economy shipping on qualifying orders. If your order does not qualify for free shipping or you select an upgraded shipping option, the shipping fee will be calculated and shown during checkout.

The total price shown at checkout includes all applicable charges collected by ImpelPro for your order.
