Warranty Policy

At ImpelPro, we take pride in building tools engineered for durability and tested for quality. Every impeller puller we ship is engineered with marine-grade durability and tested for quality. That’s why we back it with a 7-Year Limited Warranty—because we believe in getting you back on the water, not stuck in the shop.

What the Warranty Covers

ImpelPro® warrants this product for the original purchaser only and warrants the product against deficiencies in material and workmanship.This warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials (e.g., stainless steel or aluminum components cracking under normal use)
  • Workmanship (e.g., welding or manufacturing flaws)

If covered, ImpelPro will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the product.

What Voids the Warranty

This 7-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover product failures resulting from excessive wear, misuse, abuse, alteration or when damage or defect has been caused by repair made or attempted by anyone other than ImpelPro®. 

Your warranty will be void if:

  • The tool was used with external tools on the thumbscrew, strongback, or arms (e.g., pliers, vice grips, power tools, wrenches)
  • The tool was dropped, crushed, or modified
  • Failure to follow the instructions or video tutorials provided by ImpelPro.

ImpelPro pullers are designed to be hand-tightened at the thumbscrew and turned using a 9/16" wrench or socket at the top nut only.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your ImpelPro® tool qualifies for warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your proof of purchase
    Have your order confirmation, receipt, or invoice available.
  2. Document the issue
    Take clear photos of all sides of the tool and write a short description of the problem.
  3. Submit your claim
    Email your proof of purchase, description, and photos to warranty@impelpro.com.
  4. Review and response
    Our warranty team will review your claim within 2 business days and email you with the next steps.
  5. Return (if requested)
    In some cases, we may ask you to return the original tool for inspection. If so, we will cover return shipping.
  6. Resolution
    If the claim is approved, ImpelPro will repair, replace, or refund the tool at our discretion. Replacements or repairs are typically completed within 10 business days of approval.
  7. Repair or Replacement Terms

If the issue is covered:

  • ImpelPro will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the product.
  • We may request the original tool be returned for inspection.
  • In approved cases, we will cover return shipping and ship the replacement free of charge.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 7 years from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Legal Disclaimers & Your Rights

This 7-Year Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties.

Any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

ImpelPro® shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

Note: Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
