In addition, we offer Shop Pay, a customer-friendly checkout option that lets you save your information for faster future checkouts. ImpelPro offers free economy shipping on qualifying orders. If your order does not qualify for free shipping or you select an upgraded shipping option, the shipping fee will be calculated and shown during checkout.

- You have 45 days from delivery to request a refund if your ImpelPro tool does not successfully remove your impeller when used as intended.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within ~5 business days of us receiving the return.
- If the tool fails despite proper use and a video is provided, ImpelPro covers return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- For EU/UK customers, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from delivery. If the product has been used beyond normal inspection and shows damage, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect diminished value.

Proper Use Required
To ensure the tool works as designed and to help us process your refund or warranty claim quickly, please follow these usage guidelines:
- Hand-tighten the thumbscrew (to secure the arms).
- Use a 9/16" wrench or socket only on the top nut to remove the impeller.
- Please avoid using tools or mechanical devices on the thumbscrew, strong back, or arms. Misuse may cause damage and is not covered under our 45-Day Performance Guarantee or 7-Year Limited Warranty.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund under our Performance Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 45 days of delivery.
- The tool must be in original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, if available.
- The tool must not be damaged, modified, or misused.
These conditions apply to our 45-Day Performance Guarantee. They do not override your statutory cancellation rights (such as the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period).
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not covered by our Performance Guarantee:
- Items damaged by improper use (e.g., applying tools to the thumbscrew, strong back, or arms).
- Tools that have been modified or altered.
- Items returned more than 45 days after delivery (outside of the guarantee).
These exclusions apply to our Performance Guarantee. They do not override your statutory rights.
How to Start a Return or Refund

- Your order number.
- A short explanation of the issue.
- Photos showing all sides of the tool.
- If the tool didn’t remove the impeller: a video of the tool in use showing the attempt and failure.
We’ll review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
- Requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Tool is unused, in original packaging.
- Customer covers return shipping and shipping of the replacement.
To initiate an exchange, email customercare@impelpro.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
- If the tool fails to pull the impeller after proper use and a video is submitted, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- All other returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Return Shipping Timeframe
Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped promptly within 10 business days.
Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund Timeframe
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card processors may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
