Return & Refund Policy

If your ImpelPro puller does not successfully remove your impeller when used correctly, you may return it to us for a full refund within 45 days of delivery.

We stand firmly behind the quality and performance of the ImpelPro Impeller Puller—because maintenance should be smooth, not stressful.

Please read the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

(Please Note: If you have any issues with your ImpelPro Impeller Puller, please pick up the phone and call us. We would love to help you through your challenging impeller removal.)

Proper Use Is Required for All Returns and Refunds

Important: ImpelPro impeller pullers are designed to be operated with:

  • Hand-tightening at the thumbscrew (to secure the arms)

  • Wrench use on the top nut ONLY (9/16" wrench or socket) to remove the impeller

Do not use tools or mechanical devices on the thumbscrew, strong back or arms—such misuse voids both the 45-Day Guarantee and the 7-Year Limited Warranty.

Before requesting a return or refund, please consult our Quick-Start Guide or instructional video to ensure proper use.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 45 days of delivery

  • The tool must be in original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging, if available

  • Tool must not be damaged, modified, or misused

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by improper use (e.g., using tools on thumbscrew or strong back)

  • Tools that have been modified or altered

  • Items returned more than 45 days after delivery

How to Start a Return or Refund

Please email us at customercare@impelpro.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Photos showing all sides of the tool

  • If the tool didn’t remove the impeller: a video of the tool in use showing the attempt and failure

We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Requested within 15 days of delivery

  • Tool is unused, in original packaging

  • Customer covers return shipping and shipping of the replacement

To initiate an exchange, email customercare@impelpro.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the tool fails to pull the impeller after proper use and a video is submitted, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • All other returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Timeframe

Once the return label is issued, must ship the return promptly within 10 business days.  

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refund Timeframe

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card processors may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email customercare@impelpro.com with photos of the issue within 5 days of delivery

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label and send the correct or replacement item upon receiving the original
